Kids in the Kitchen
Emilio has been cooking since he was 7 years old and helping in the kitchen before then.
Food is his major passion, especially baked goods, including gluten - free, dairy free, egg-free, and cane-sugar free items. He creates and adapts recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and also just for fun!
His focus is on organic foods and he prefers to use fresh and local ingredients when possible.
Emilio attended his first Oracle gathering as a toddler.
The focus this session will be basic cooking and baking techniques with our thoughts on a balanced meal.
