The Seedling

"The Seedling" prepares Raw and Vegan Faire. Although we can prepare Vegan foods at this time 100% of our foods are Raw. We use only organic veggies and fruits from local farms here in Port Townsend. We use bamboo plating, forks etc that have no sealers or chemicals applied. If corn based is the requirement we will change to suit the Oracle venue, please let us know. In regards to composting we cut and prepare our foods at a commercial kitchen prior to the event so most all composting materials have already been previously disposed of. We also bring out own composting containers and trash carriers for recycling. We are presently doing the Wednesdays Farmers Market in Port Townsend for the season.
