Kelda grew up surrounded by urban sprawl and had a passion for
sustainable lifestyles which eventually led to permaculture. She interned at the Bullock Brother’s Homestead, then re-created the Seattle Permaculture Guild. She went on to teach at Wise Earth Ecological Landtrust, Seattle Tilth, permaculture courses in Bellingham, Vashon, Redmond, and many more smaller jobs.

Kelda gardens wherever she goes, and enjoys being hired to do what she loves. She is a founding member of Sustainable Puyallup and often has joint events with Sustainable Tacoma-Pierce.
