A native to California, and a child of many musical interests, Chadwick found electronic dance music culture in the youth of the underground scene at age 19.
With this new love for the music and all of the amazing people that were involved in the burgeoning culture, he began travelling frequently from his Central California residence to be a part of the San Francisco scene. By 1993, he fully realized the energy and healing power of the music and the dancefloor, and began learning the art of DJing. Influenced by the likes of Tony, Jeno, DJ Dan, Graeme la Paix, Simon, Markie, Jon Williams (to name a few), he completely immersed himself into the EDM scene, dancing hard, studying the techniques of these incredible artists, and having his heart, mind, and ears blown wide open.
Chadwick moved to Seattle in 1995 and experienced the northwest flavor for several years, facilitating and DJing at various forest, beach, and “desert” gatherings, as well as many parties and clubs around Seattle, (Starseed, Oracle Gatherings, Prosperity, etc). He also held a weekly internet radio show on the “late” Groovetech dot com.
He then spent a year in Asheville, North Carolina, participating in monthly Full Moon Gatherings and exploring the Southeast dance culture.
Since returning home to California in 2003, facilitating and DJing at Moontribe Full Moon Gatherings in the SoCal deserts has been a great source of inspiration. “I am having the time of my life! The community, the music, and the dance energy here are more inspiring to me than ever before! At no other time in my life have I been able to express myself musically like I do here..."
Chadwick’s sets will take you on journeys through many genres, ranging from the deep and groovy to the very intense. While his favorite area of interest most of the time is in the realm of tribal infused psychedelic techno, he is also known to delve into tech-house, progressive, psytrance, minimal, breaks, and even chillout. You can find him playing at various clubs, parties and festivals in and out of the Southern California area, feeling most at home outdoors under the stars — and of course, the Full Moon.
